All Sales Are Final — Made to Order

All products sold by Rock and Salvation are custom printed on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free reprint or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
